1. Go to our app store page (link here)
2. Click Add app

To add a digital product to your online store, first you need to create a product.

1. From your Shopify admin, click Products.
2. Click Add product
3. Enter the information for your digital product, such as Title, Description, and Pricing.
4. Under the Shipping heading, uncheck the box next to This is a physical product.
5. Click Save product.

Before setting up a Linkifile digital product, first you need to make sure you have created a Shopify product.

You can setup a digital product in 2 ways: from Shopify's product page or directy in our app

From Shopify's product page

1. From your Shopify admin, click Products.
2. Click on the product you want to turn into a digital product
3. Click More actions.
4. Click Setup a digital product. This opens the Linkifile app
5. Click Add files

From the Linkifile app

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps.
2. Click Linkifile
3. On the Linkifle navigation, click Products.
4. Click Setup a new digital product
5. Select the product/variant you want
6. Click Add files

All your digital products will have the same fulfillment settings. If you need different settings for each product, please email us so we can prioritize that feature.

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps.
2. Click Linkifile
3. On the Linkifle navigation, click Settings.
4. Click the Fulfillment tab
5. Select whether you want order line items of digital products to be automatically marked as fulfilled after an order is paid
6. Select whether you want the Files Ready email automatically sent after an order is paid
7. Click Save

You can always do the fulfillment at a later date through bulk actions for digital orders

All your digital products will have the same download settings. If you need different settings for each product, please email us so we can prioritize that feature.

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps.
2. Click Linkifile
3. On the Linkifle navigation, click Settings.
4. Click the Download Page tab
5. Under Download count, select Set Limit or Unlimited. If you chose Set Limit, enter a download limit for each file.
6. Under Download expiry, select Set Expiry or Downloads don't expire. If you chose Set Expiry, enter the days/hours/minutes you want downloads to expire after an order is paid.
7. Click Save

You can override these limits in individual orders. See Manage a digital order

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps.
2. Click Linkifile
3. On the Linkifle navigation, click Orders.
4. Click on the order you want to manage. You are now on the order page, there are different things you can do:

Send emails manually

1. Find the Send email manually section
2. Click Send email for the type of email you want to send (Files Ready or Files Changed)

View email history

1. Find the Send email manually section
2. Click History

Deactivate downloads

1. Find the Deactivate downloads section
2. Click Deactivate. Download links for this order will now be deactivated

Override download count limit

1. Find the Override download limits > Download count section
2. Click Override download count limit.
3. Set a new limit to be used for this order
4. Click Save

Override download expiry

1. Find the Override download limits > Download expiry section
2. Click Override download expiry.
3. Set a new expiry to be used for this order
4. Click Save

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps.
2. Click Linkifile
3. On the Linkifle navigation, click Orders.
4. Click the checkboxes of the orders you want to do bulk actions with
5. Click Actions
6. Select the bulk action you want to perform (send emails, mark as fulfilled).
7. Click Confirm
